Our goal is to make the process of requesting reservations and checking or updating those requests as simple as possible. A basic overview of Gordon College's on-line vehicle reservation process is listed below. Just follow these three easy steps: |

At any time, my schedule may be used to view the status of your reservation request(s) on-line. Additionally, you may cancel or request changes to your reservation request(s). REMEMBER: Cancellations must be processed 24hrs in advance to avoid a $100 fine for taking up a resource that could have been rented to another group. If you must cancel your reservation last minute due to inclement weather, please make us aware and we will waive the fine. We will never fine you for erring on the side of safety! | |
Note: If your reservation request is 'Rejected' or 'Cancelled' by us, then you will recieve an explanation with your email response indicating the reason. You will not be fined $100 if we cancel your reservation. This will most probably be due to the vehicle needing emergency repair work and deemed unsafe to operate. Every effort will be made to fulfill your reservation with another vehicle from the Fleet as long as one is available. | |
